Iberostar or Occidental in Cozumel?

Nachi Cocum is closed for a private event and Mr. Sanchos is closed on Sunday so we are trying to find another similar alternative. Does anyone have any experience with these two resorts in Cozumel?

We stay at the Allegro but have stayed at the Occidental Grand. Like them both. Allegro has a better sandy beach than the Grand and the Iberostar BUT if snorkeling is important then the Iberostar would be better because it has more iron shore. Entry into the water is best at the Allegro, next would be the Grand and finally Iberostar. Food will be the same at all three resorts.
