I95 - Ok?

Hopefully, we are heading down to wdw in 2 weeks. We will take the shortest route from Brampton (I77/79/26/95) on the way down but want a different route back home. Last year we took I75 home through Detroit.

Has anyone travelled I95 "along" the coast? How is that in terms of traffic etc? Any good places to stop for the night? Thinking of leaving Disney Tues around 4 pm and driving for around 6 hours then Wed - 8/9 hrs, Thurs -8/9 hrs so that we are home by 5/6 pm.

I am getting a CAA trip tik for accurate directions.

A couple of years ago we decided to take I-95 up the coast from Florida and spend a few days in Atlantic City NJ before we cut over to head west to Ontario. We've driven the interstate system many, many times and I thought I knew what to expect. What I didn't expect were the non-stop tolls north of Washington. It seemed we no sooner got our wallets back into our pockets, then we needed to take them out again. That being said, the roads were good. No problems that way.
