I am so very sorry to hear of your loss of vision. As a fellow diabetic I can only echo your prayer that a cure is found. I do wish you would reconsider cancelling your dream......You still have your right eye..........Go see it while you can........I shall keep you in my prayers and hope as well for a positive resolution with the Disney folks. Sending a big hug today and always.........

I am sorry to hear that you lost the site in your left eye. I hope you can hang on to the right,. I am sure it is very frightening to lose your site. Our family often talks about the smells of Disney though and I'll bet you will enjoy this as well as the sounds of Disney. Please don't completely cancell your trip, There is so much to see and do. You can always have a zip pa dee do dah day when your in Disney World. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Sorry to hear about your sight, but don't give up. It's amazing how fast medicine is advancing. What they say they can't do today will be possible in the future. You are in your 40s and have a good chance to benefit from those advancements. Don't feel sorry for yourself, it will defeat you.

Take that vacation and experience the joy of your daughter.
