Just wondering I would love learn to design like youall do where do you find the graphics and images for most of the creations? Newbie wants to learn we are planning a huge celebration on 2011 for Disney 40th whether they are or not...lol i would like to start learning how to do this ...Thanks all!

I personally use Photoshop Elements and I know that several other DISigners use it as well. You can purchase it most anywhere...then you just have to be willing to play around with it to learn how to use it.

As far as graphics. I get a lot of the Disney characters from www.disneyclips.com or www.disney-clipart.com and even google. You can get a lot of great free fonts at www.dafont.com and you can find fonts that Disney uses at http://mickeyavenue.com/fonts/disney-fonts-list/general Hope that helps.

I use PSE also. If you do go the PSE route I'd recommend joining Elements Village (free) as they have many great tutorials by members and professional graphic artists. I'd also recommend photoshopelementsuser.com. It's not free but is well worth the $$. Right now they have a special where if you subscribe you can get all 36 issues of there newsletter. Their newsletter, and online tutorials are great! High quality stuff.

If you do get photoshop...Youtube is another great resource for finding video tutorials that walk you through how to make certain things in Photoshop. For example the wonderful names with images in them (like Dom's name above), etc.
