I would like to order personalized menus, How do I do it?

I would like to order menus for the following places:

Citricos
Narcoossee
Coral Reef

How do I do it and where do I call? I just called dining and the CM told me thsat they don't do that.

Please help.

We leave tomorrow and I know it is short notice.

I believe you have to call the restaurant yourself and speak with a manager. I saw on another post about someone doing this at The Coral Reef in Epcot for an aniversary dinner. The person called the restaurant, spoke with the manager and set everything up. I think they even were able to email some pictures to the manager and they put the pics on the menu as well.

My menu, well our whole parties menus, were personalized at Narcoosee's. All that we'd done is note my birthday on the ADR, and poof - a magical Happy Birthday Personalized menu

Thanks for asking this question OP! This sounds like a perfect thing to do while we are at WDW for DD's 11th Bday! Do all the restaurants do this or just the ones mentioned above? How do I find the direct #'s to the restaurants?
