I won't do it, and they can't make me!!

I am Ozfan's sister, and I am sure that if we start pestering her now we can get her on this ride while we are all there. I will start my constant pestering tomorrow when I talk to her and see what happens. I will let you know if we get her to ride it.~KPmom

Rode TOT last week. It now has 6 drops. But they have replace the lap bars with seat belts for each seat which in my opinion makes it less scary. You don't lift off the seat nearly as much with each drop!

We're a family of chickens!... On our last trip, I thought Dh & DD's might do TOT, we made it as far as the Gift Shop and everyone chickened out! I was pregnant, but even if I wasn't, I think I'd still chicken out! This time, the kids are a little older and we're going with a bigger group so, who knows, if there's not alot of screams comming from above, we might make it past the gift shop (to the chicken exit)!

I do SM, even though I get anxious towards the drop, but I hated TOT. I did it once and that will be all I'm doing it. Not my cup of tea. I also didn't mind RNR and Jurassic park with that huge drop at Universal, but TOT was too much for me.

ToT scares me.

I go cuz my husband bugs me if I don't. I'm not fond of rides that drop you straight down.

The absolute scariest ride I have ever gone on anywhere is Summit Plummit at Blizzard Beach. I felt :faint: just before my turn came.

Now, is it me or did anyone else feel like they just had an enema after that plummit?!

ToT is a different feeling than the drop on Splash. There were times when I didn't know if I was heading up or down...completely different than Splash.

That being said...I don't especially care for ToT, but it is my 5 year old sons favorite ride so I do it with him.

A tip that I found after riding it several times is that if you keep your eyes open it doesn't have such a strong sensation of falling...if that makes any sense. I was told by my dentist that a shot of novacaine isn't felt as much if you keep your eyes open. It really works!

I like all the rides, but I do get more scared on the drop kind of rides ToT is wonderful and the theming alone is worth walking in, even if you do the chicken exit. I brought my 4yo last month and I was worried about scaring the you-know-what out of him, but he liked it and we went on it 5 times. He was telling all the older kids and adults that it was fun. ToT is my favorite ride anywhere!
