I wonder what is like to be on the ROFR committee for Disney. I’d love to be a fly on the wall for of a day! Has anyone ever known someone who’s worked for Dinsey’s ROFR committee? This coming from someone who has been in ROFR phase twice in the last month now....

Your post makes me laugh. It's just business decision to DVC, I am sure you are going to be bored really quick being there on the wall for one whole day. It's not like they are doing Eeny, meeny, miny, moe, or throwing darts at printout of paper contracts to decide which contract to ROFR .

Don't get me wrong, I am not laughing at you, just that your post made me chuckle at the thought of the poor fly on the wall spying. In all seriousness, I hope somebody have the answer you are looking for and can shed some light / insight into the process.

It would be boring as heck.

They would be talking about current point inventories at the resort, wait list requests to be filled, residential units.

Just because it seems random to us, doesnt mean it is. And I am sure its not.

The ROFR board is great and I am thankful for it, but you can not get a full picture without knowing a lot more info, Residential unit being item.
