Two alternatives:
1 - WDW is finished monetizing perks they used to provide for free and will never add any more new charges
2 - WDW will be charging for things in the future that are free now.

just in case #2 is what happens, what’s left for them to charge for?

Daily fee for wifi in resorts and parks
Use fee for baby care centers in parks
Resort fee at hotels
Transportation tickets (bus and monorail)
Charge for a fast pass (oops already done)
Early admission charge
Stay on a ride for a second time through
Premium parade viewing site
Ride on a float in a parade (for a fee)
Special day button charge (such a birthday)
Seat in front cab of monorail
Credit card surcharge
Bring back the Disney dollars and sell for a premium over face value
Front car on rides such as Thunder Mountain

I’m sure none of this will ever happen, but just brainstorming what they could do.

they already do charge for premium parade viewing in a way (lunch package at Tony's). They could easily do that for fireworks as well like they do for Fantasmic.

Disney already has a behavior of charging more and providing less. Taking free items and charging premium fees with marketing narratives to sell to the flow of new families/guest. Genie will be the tool to assess items people will pay more to feel like their not part of the crowd.

Xtra fees for using a scooter, I mean they take up valuable real estate space. This is a JOKE… But they ll figure out where else they can grab more money. At this point ..the GREED is no surprise. Sad

Lunch with a prince or princess? That probably would cost hundreds for one hour (like the VIP tour charge). It could be a table for 10, everyone paying the premium.

Likely they will just keep raising prices on all of the things they currently charge for.
