I WON!!!! on CHFI 98.1fm

Hi Everyone

I am SOOOO excited I just wanted to share with you all

I was listening to Mike Cooper and Erin Davis this morning on CHFI 98.1fm and heard them say to call in and try for their new contest "3 wise guys" at 7am.

I dialed the number and for the first 4 - 5 times it was busy

then it RANG

They put me on hold and started playing the contest:

The question was: What Body part of Galelio is in a museum in Italy?

The 3 answers (of which I had to choose one) were:
1. Left Eye
2. Middle finger
3. "Little Galelio" (Galileo's manhood!!!!)

I chose "Middle finger" and it was correct!!!!!!!!

They then went on to explain that when Galileo died he was embalmed and while he was being moved to his burial place his middle finger got broken off, so rather than burying Galileo with his now detached finger, they decided to display it in the museum in Florence

I had a "Lucky Guess"

I won a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W7 digital camera (worth $459.99 + tax)
a Koolatron Winter Car Care prize pack woth $250.00 (Pantsaver car mats, Oskar Snow brush etc) and $150 Gift Cert to spend at Lando Lighting

I am thrilled about winning. My heart was beating really fast and I was shocked when they said I was correct with my answer

Now, I'm looking forward to receiving the Camera (just in time for Christmas, eh?) and I joked with my husband that I could do with a new car to go with the car care prize pack we will enjoy shopping for some new lighting

So the moral of my story is, if you try to get in for a radio contest, don't give up because one day you may just get through and win

Yes Carol we're sooooooo excited to finally have a child around again for Christmas ...........all of our sons are adults now and Christmas hasn't really been too much fun but this year Jada is a pro at opening gifts (her 1st B-day was Nov 3rd) and she's such a sweetheart and really a wonderful baby!

Don't forget to get out and but a lottery ticket (or two! ) as they say everything happens in threes's!
