I won my first sky auction, now what?

Yesterday I won on sky auction, it was the ready set go, I only had like 8 minutes to try to win, in that 8 minutes I had to update my payment method, plus try to select and hold a room, I filled out the request to hold a room, but I thought something happen when I hit submit, I don't know if it went through or not, anyway I went on to win the auction, I emailed with my information dates, resorts, room, number of people, I am waiting to see what happens next, when I went back to the site to choose resorts the one that I wanted was gone, so maybe it did go through. I picked Orbit One Vacation Villas, I heard it was small but nice, does anyone know if this is gated access or they have security. Thanks.

I can't answer your question but maybe you can answer mine...How do you access the ready set go auctions? I can't find them and I hear everyone talking about them, HELP! Thanks!

use the search function on Skyauction

type ready

it should bring up the ready set go auctions that are available....

once there you can do a "check here" to find out what is available

you can also "hold" a unit for the auction ....which gives you a bit more control

( do not try to do a check here on saturday night since the rci website usually undergoes "computer maintenance" at that time....you will not be able to pull anything up at that time )

i have heard that orlando is not the safest place in the world, i was just a little concerned is this area what you would say a good part of town

we stayed there 2 years ago, and they did have a gate. In fact, we had accidentally left a bag of clothes in the room after check out. We stopped at the gas staion next to it, and while DH filled up, I walked over to get them. The guard would not even let me walk in until he checked to make sure I was supposed to be there.
