I wish WDW still had...

Tarzan ROCKS!! This was my very favorite Disney show, ever!
Hunchback
The entire Wonders of Life pavilion
The original Spaceship Earth, where you spiraled back down from the heavens through a tunnel of light, music, space, and time.
Food Rocks!
Distinctive napkins
Mickey-head butter
Do they still have Mickey-roni and cheese or is it all kraft-dinner shaped?
Return 2 Zero/Four for a Dollar entertaining before B&B. There were also jugglers and entertainers to keep you occupied while waiting for F! to begin.
Tapestry of Nations
FASTPASS- the original!
Never got to see the Skyway- which is so totally MY kind of attraction! 20000 Leagues would have been nice to see also. I thought the new Little Mermaid attraction was actually going to be an underwater thing like 20000 Leagues.

Yes, good one... Tarzan Rocks! I know not many liked it, but my 2 DSs LOVED it!
I miss the napkins, too.

I also miss... Miyuki (Japan's candy lady). I mostly miss hearing her voice as we walked by. :)

Here are mine, in no particular order. I really miss #'s 4,5,6,9.

1. 20,000 Leagues under the Sea
2. Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
3. Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs ride
4. Kitchen Kabaret
5. Cranium Command
6. Old Figment
7. If You had Wings
8. The original Backlot tour & Working Film areas
9. When MGM/HS was a working studio being able to watch the animators as they composed a movie. Still remember Mulan and watching them do that.
10. The entire Wonders of Life pavilion

I mainly miss when Epcot felt very educational and cutting edge-ish. Now it just seems like another theme park. It's enjoyable, but I miss Horizons, Wonders of Life, etc.

The Sound Check guys before the Beauty and the Beast show at DHS
