I noticed that if you watch Entertainment tonight, you can usually get the latest update on if he is still dead. (we quickly turn it off)

GP, he's not really dead. You know that right? He's just decided to live as LaToya for a little while -- guess he got bored being Michael. And you know you've never seen them both together -- that's 'cause they're the same person.

Either that or it's all a publicity stunt for his "comeback", literally. And FWIW, I've been sleeping fine. No problems here. Do you think he'd lose sleep if I had died first? Hmmmmmmm.

As for the police investigation, what do they hope to find 3 1/2 weeks later? Like the Dr. didn't go in and destroy any incriminating evidence? If I was the Dr., I would have bought a new computer, tossed the old one in the middle of the ocean, shredded all my files, etc. so there would be no evidence.

Well, a lot of people do not realize that D.E.A. not only investigates illicit narcotics, but also REGULATES the prescriptions. Each prescription pad that the doctors use has a DEA number on it, and can be traced to the issued natcotics from a pharmacy.

AS to the computer records, well, when you delete something, it is still there, and is very easy, if you have the right forensic tools, to recover it.

Like the anna nicole smith investigation, it may have taken them a year, but the got the information on the multiple prescriptions written by various doctors to fictious people that ended up in her hands.
