Ok so here it goes, my first PTR!!! I love reading trip reports, and PTR so I figured I would give it a try!!

The Cast:

Me-Stephanie- I'm 31 and a Stay at home mommy. This will be my seventh trip to Disney World, with my first being in 2007. We go every year, and I think we probably will forever!I have been to Disney World w/ a newborn twice, and have also been pregnant. My favorite character is Donald Duck. My favorite ride is Splash Mountain if I had to choose, but I like every single ride at Disney. I love all the rides no one likes, like Figment and Ellen's Energy Adventure. I love planning my vacation, and I usually start a month or so after my vacation has ended. And then I become obsessed until we leave. Oh and I love the smells of Disney..hence the title. I love the smells of everything...but my favorite is the water!! I can always smell it right when we get off the plane, on Splash Mountain, Pirates, Malestrom etc.... I also love the mans voice on the monorail and the buses(do not judge me) Oh, and I used this silly pic of me I took of myself in the heat of july, in my friend Jessica's van(who is joining us on our trip) while pretending to rob a gas station, because you can't see my double chins!! haha..seriously!

My DH-34-James- His job that pays our mortgage is Water Technician/Carpet Cleaner. But he is also a tattoo artist, he does wall murals, and cornhole boards..and much more stuff, he is super talented! I have been blessed with a husband who loves Disney as much as me. His favorite character is the porcupine from Splash Moutain-don't know if that counts, but if he had to choose a main character he says Stitch. His favorite ride is Pirates of the Caribbean. He has been to Disney 7 times w/me as a family but went a couple times as a kid.

DD-Haley-11- Haley has been going to Disney every year since she was 6. The first time we went she took her friend Jasmine. And hasn't been able to bring a friend with her since. She has been begging every year, and She will be taking one this year!. She is obsessed with Disney, and is known at school as the Disney girl. Her favorite character is Simba. And her favorite ride is Splash Mountain, but she loves all the thrill rides the most. And she has to eat at Garden Grill every year.

DD-Hayden-4-This is Hayden's 6th trip to Disney World. She is already obsessed with Disney. She loves to watch our Disney Vacation videos daily, she loves to watch disney shows on the travel channel, loves listening to Disney music in the car, and even sleeps with our Disney planning books. Her favorite character is anything Princess and Figment. Her favorite ride is Jouney into Imagination.

DD-Olivia-1-Olivia will be 17 months almost 18 months when we travel. This is her second trip. Her favorite character is definitly Mickey Mouse. And her favorite ride is Its a Small World.

DD's Friend-Alexa-11- Alexa is our neighbor and my DD's friend.(She is in the picture above in the purple shirt. I'm on a new computer and haven't uploaded my pics so this is the only pic I can find of her.) She will be going with us to Disney this year. Its her first time to Disney, and her first time riding a plane. So this should be a fun trip for her!!

So that is the Cast of my family that is going. But thats not it. My BFF since I was 9 is coming with us this year with her family! And my neighbor will be making appearances in my trip report as well! They travel every year the same time as we do, we don't plan it that way, but we love it! We always even book the same flights and don't plan it! We even have kids the same age, and our oldest have the same name! So I don't know how much space I have here..so I will post my family, then my Bff...then my neighbor!

Ok so here is the rest of the crew who will be joining us on our vacation this year:

First-
Jessica-We have been best friends since elementary. She is a Real Estate Agent. She has been to DisneyLand a couple times when she moved to California for a couple years. This is her first time to Disney World, and is already obbsessed like me!(Duh we are BF!) She is already on Disboards, and loves looking at Food Pictures like me! And all her thinking somehow goes back to our Disney vacation..like me!! She even calls me with news on Disney I don't know yet..this is a first for me! Her favorite character is Belle, and I bet her favorite ride is going to be the new Little Mermaid ride.

Mike-He works in the oil riggs-sp? Me and Jessica have a plan to make him love Disney sooo much, he will want to go every year. We are doing that my stuffing his face with all of the goodness of Disney food. They will be on the Deluxe Dining plan this year. So I guess we will see if our evil plan works!! He has been to Disneyland a couple times, but never Disney World.

Brianna-9- Jessica and Mikes DD- She is one of Haley's BF, and Haley is sooo excited they are going with us this year! Brianna's favorite character is Ariel. And I'm guessing her favorite ride will be the new LIttle Mermaid ride also. She has been to Disneyland also when she was young, but never Disney World.

Braden-5- Jessica and Mikes DS- He is one of Hayden's BF, and I can't wait to see them together at Disney! I'm guessing Braden's favorite character is Ligtning Mcqueen. And I bet his favorite ride will be Pirates or Splash Mountain.

And also my neighbor and now one of my closest friends will be joining!

Allie(Allison)-she is a stay at home mommy. She has been my neighbor for 6 years now, and we have became close friends. She started going to Disney World in 2008 and has been almost every year. We always book our trips the same time-but never on purpose. We always meet up a couple times every year for a dinner or two, and at the parks so the kids can ride a coule rides together.This year we decided to go during Fall Break, so we will be going the same time again! Her favorite character is Brer Rabbit and her favorite ride is Splash Mountain.

Shaun-he manages and upscale bar. He loves Disney as much as my husband. His favorite character is Crush.I'm not sure but I think his favorite ride is Tower of Terror.

Hailey-11-Hailey is our neighbor and one of Haley's BF. They see eachother almost everyday, and every time we go to Disney. Hailey's favorite character is hmmm Brer Rabbit and her favorite ride is Tower of Terror.

Brody-5- He is also one of Hayden's BF. They play nearly every day, and love to ride the rides together at Disney. Brody's favorite character is Brer Fox, and his favorite ride Splash Mountain of course!!

So thats the crew. Next I will post our dates, hotel etc...

That's so funny about the "water" smell! My sister and I always say that we are going to find a way to bottle up the Disney water ride smell, sell it, and that's how we'll make our millions Hmmm, maybe it's not such a crazy idea after all... I'm pretty sure you'd buy a bottle

Yes I would!! Actually Jamie (DH) rinsed out a shampoo bottle last year, and tried to take some water from the Poly( another one of my favorite smells) and it did smell like it at first! But when we got home, it smelt like Disney shampoo!!

Ok, so as you now know, we go to Disney World every year. We have been in late May/Early June, mostly in September for free dining, and once in October, and Febuary. So this year I REALLY wanted to go during Christmas. But my friend Jessica had put on FB that she was going on vacation and didn't know where to go, of of course I say "Duh, go to Disney World!" So she calls, and talks to Mike, whom we think is going to say, no way, but he says, OK!! So we started planning. Mike works the the oil riggs, and works 2 weeks, on and 2 weeks off. So we had to plan on when he would be off. So he was only off in November in December during the holidays, so we started looking in September and October. My oldest has Vaso-Vagul, and if she gets overheated or stand for long periods, she passes out. I didn't want to do another September trip, it was SOO hot the last two times we went, I wanted to go when it was warm enough to swim, but cool enough that it wouldn't effect her.(Or us for that matter it was so hot we would all be cranky) So we decided October, perfect weather, low crowds, and during Fall break at our schools, so the kids wouldn't miss as many days. This was also Allie's planning(my neighbor) So our trip will be: October 18-28. But the first few days we are staying at Jamie's parents house in Ft. Meade and go to the Ocean and do FL stuff. Then Oct 21-28 at Disney! Because of Mikes schedule and when he flys in Jessica will be joining us Oct. 24-29. And Allie will be traveling Oct.18-24. So you will se them both in the beggining and end of my Trip Report! Ok, now where we are staying. Our first choice was, Port Orleans because of the new Princess Rooms! They are just amazing and would be so magical. But then I start thinking about trasportation this year, with a 1 and 4 year old in a double stroller, and talked Jessica into Boardwalk(it was so hard ). So it was set, we both booked with a wonderful lady I book DVC points with, and have for many years.. .. .. And then my plans changed...they do every year, I have this horribe problem with switching resorts...its a sickness...but most of the hotels are so awesome I just can't choose. Anyway, Haley begs us every year to take a friend with her. But she hasn't been able to because either we had a new baby with us to tend to, or I was pregnant and super super sick( I mean it,I swear I have now barfed everywhere in Disney World). And now we are going to Jamie's parents house first, and they are picking us up from the airport( Yes, thats right no Disney's Magic Express!! NOOOOO!!!). But then his parents call us a few weekends ago, and say" Theresa is coming to vist and has offered to help pick you guys up, so Haley can bring a friend". Soooo... my wheels start turning in my Disney brain...where could we all fit, and make it affordable??? Which one of Haley's friends could I stand for 10 long days??? So I remember Port Orleans sleeping 5..with free dining..that may work. But I have never had any interest to stay there unless its was the princess rooms...and only the princess rooms. So I do what any normal person would do... I search and search for days looking a pictures, videos, menus, reviews, blah blah blah. And it turns out I LOVE this place!! Who knew??? And to top it off BRER RABBIT is on the bedspread??? I was sold at that moment!! So I ask Haley who she would bring, if she could. Luckily she chooses her friend Alexa, a neighbor who we have known for years, and I am close with her mom. So I text Lisa (Alexa's mommy) ask her what she thinks, tell her the price, she gets back to my the next day and says, she can go, but I wanted Haley to tell her. Haley was so excited, Alexa cried, it was awesome!! Haley, and Hailey and Alexa are like a trio in our neighborhood, always together, so when the Haley's leave for Disney every year, she gets left behind, but no this year! I love seeing people at Disney there first time, and now I get to have a whole bunch this year!!! Yay!!

Hmmm don't understand the shower curtain, but Oh well. After looking and looking at pictures and videos ect... I really love this resort. Its just beautiful! I can't wait to stay here! Now I just have to pray for Free Dining. Its saving me almost 1600 bucks.

Next will be my dining plans. And our new Disney Calendar my husbands making, and the wall mural in Hayden's room, its Disney of course, but one wall is Splash Mountain!!!

So after months and months of planing you think I would know exactly where I wanted to eat??? I have made my dining, but I'm still torn on one Magic Kingdom night. So here is what I have booked. We are doing the Regular Dining plan.:

Sunday October 21st: Epcot-I'm guessing Haley will want her Hacienda Nachos's for our counter service lunch. And for dinner I have booked
Garden Grill. Its a family favorite! I'm glad its our first meal!

Monday October 22nd: Magic Kingdom- We are doing Crystal Palace for breakfast. This is a first, we do Crystal Palace every year for lunch or dinner, so we are excited to try this,and be in the Magic Kingdom before they open!
Lunch will prolly be at Port Orlean's during out break, and dinner at Cosmic Rays.

Tuesday October 23rd:Hollywood Studio's- I never know where to eat here, its not really my favorite for counter, so we will eat wherever we are when we get hungry!! And dinner is at Rainforest Cafe(upon Jamie and Haley's request) we have eaten at T-Rex 3 times, and they want to try Rainforest, which I think the little ones will like more than T-Rex. Last time we went Hayden was 2 and it scared her. And it will be our first boat ride to Downtown Disney!!

Wendesday October 24th:Back to Epcot- and our first day with Jessica and her family! She is doing Le Cellier for lunch(and is getting my mushroom risotto in exchange for some biengets) We are having lunch at Akershus. We had dinner there last year and really enjoyed it. Then for dinner at Port Orleans during our break, or Sunshine Season's.

Thursday October 25th:Magic Kingdom-The park closes at 7 this night, so we are eating at O'hana's w/ Jessica and her family. I'm can't wait for them to try this resturant. And it will give the kids a chance to relax and hang out. For lunch I'm guessing, Casey's or Peco Bill's.

Friday October 26th: Hollywood Studio's- We are going to 50's Prime Time, This will be our 3rd time there. Our first time was HORRIBLE, and are second was really good. Hopefully 3rd times a charm! Hollywood closes early this day to, so we will prolly be doing Downtown Disney dinner.

Saturday October 27t: Magic Kingdom- The day I have no idea what I want to do, I wanna do another character dinner....maybe 1900 park fare, or chef mickeys. But I really miss Kona, I haven't been able to eat there since I was pregnant w/ Olivia. I need it!! But then what if Be Our Guest opens??? So we will see. We will be eating lunch at Columbia Harbor House today.

Sunday October 28th: Animal Kindgom- This is our departure day, but it will be a late one, so I will be able to do almost a whole day here. And for lunch it will def be Flame Tree. We had it last year, and it was AMAZING!!

Any suggestions for the 27th??? I'm moving towards Kona. I need that bread and butter, and there steak!! YUMMMMM.

I wanted to share a couple pics of Hayden's room. My husband is an artist, so I thought we would try wall murals.( well the we is, I tell him what is in my head and he does) ) Anyway I hope Hayden loves Splash Mountain this year because we drew it on her wall, because its all of our favorite!!!
