We always pack a small first aid kit with bandaids, antibiotic cream, all the usual stuff. I also take a small febreeze, I have seen small travel size in stores, I take those and just give the room a fresh smell after the lysol smell.
I also take my own hand soap, shampoo etc, I keep the ones Disney gives as souveniers, also I am allergice to most soaps, so I don't take the chance.
I take a walk in the sample section of my local
walmart so I don't have to take the full size anything. It also acts as a reminder of anything I might have forgotten.
I also get the samples of laundry detergent, if I am planning to do laundry while there. Plenty of change for the machines too. Laundry soap at WDW is lots of $$$.
Sunscreen, no matter what time of year you are going, you just may need it, and of course I buy it in the sample size.
I use a fanny pack when in the parks, so I keep bandaids, sunscreen, moleskin, as well as my key card and money and list of ADR's ect in the fanny pack. Each morning I restock, check to see if I have what I may need for the day. I take prescripton meds, so don't forget to take extra, just in case.
I like the nite lite idea and the extention cord.
