I wish I had brought...

rolls of quarters and pennies for the penny presses

They fit perfect in a mini M&M canister. I would stack them 2 quarters and a penny. My DS (4 1/2) LOVED the pressed pennies!

um, a corkscrew! We brought a bottle of wine for the room and had to go out and buy one!

Also, plenty of diapers and I always seem to forget a few little toys to play with in the room!

Fold up Hamper, I got it at Walgreens for a couple of dollars. It makes my room seem so much cleaner. Ziplock bags for everything (Gallon and sandwich). We use them for wet closes (mostly panties as we are potty training) and left overs at the restaurants. Thermometer, pediacare, children's Tylenol, nail clipper, band-aids. We also take a nightlight (If you have a MK view in the tower of Cont., mine might still be there, we forgot it in October). This time we got a push light and will just set it on the floor near my dd's bed. The moleskins were a life saver on our last trip (thanks disboards for teaching me about them). We bring our own bottled water. I have also forgotten my cell phone charger and sun glasses in the past. If you are potty training or just potty trained post it's to cover the sensors on the toilets. I have also brought a small flash light for my 3 year old to carry on the dark rides.

I thought that I brought enough film, but I was wrong. The 3 rolls I bought at MK cost more than the other 20 that I had already used cost all together :bitelip: ! Yikes!!!

And.... Extra sunglasses. Mine broke and they only sold kind of weird charachter ones when I was there. Don't get me wrong, I was kind of looking forward to a fun pair of princess glasses, but these weren't cute at all. I was really shocked! If you can't find good sunglasses in FL than where can you?

Sorry if anything here is repetitive!

Batteries! Bring plenty. My digital camera needed a set every single day.

Band Aids! I also keep reading here on the boards to bring moleskin for blisters.

YOUR bathing suit. I once forgot my very own suit when I made sure everyone else in the family had theirs. :(

Rain Ponchos

Fat Pens - the characters need fat pens to sign easier.

Glo Sticks - buy cheap ones at the dollar store and bring with you so that when your kids want to buy one in the evening, you can just get one out of your backpack/bag.

Hope you have a great trip! :smickey:

Safety pins and those glasses cleaners in the individual packets. Great when you have a family with 5 sets of dirty sunglasses.

I always bring a couple of the small solar nightlights, just in case we have to get up during the night.

Nancy

A small pair of scissors. I brought sheets of moleskin last time but no scissors to cut it with :rotfl:
And I also always bring a small notebook and a couple of extra pens, because the pen in the room never works. I also bring a small blanket because somebody is always cold and has to climb in bed with DH and I.

coloring book and crayons would work

Try colored pencils or washable markers...they don't melt :wizard:

I wish I remembered to pack small post-it notes to use over the sensors on the automatic flush toilet. My dd hates when they randomly flush.

Moleskin. We didn't think we would need it but by the end of the first day we had to make a walmart run even though the 4year old was in old shoes and a stroller for most of the day. and wet washclothes in zipper bags. I always feel wierd about using premoistened wipes on little faces.

I wish I'd packed some cough medicine! My kids both started with a cough mid-trip, and I had to fork over $8 plus change for a tiny bottle of Robitussin from the the AS Movies gift shop.

You never know what they may come down with, so pack plenty of OTC meds!

I had to buy Tylenol for me on one trip. It gave made my headache that much worse if I thought about what I had to pay for it! :teeth:
