I went right to the big guy!

Well i was banned for no reason.... So i went and sent a message to the big guy, Paul Yanover for those of you who don't know him he is Yavn's Boss. i am hoping he is alot faster than the black hole. Has anyone got un ban after sending him a message?

I think Yavn's boss has no control after unbanning people. His job is most likely to focus on Yavn and other people that make and test the games. Paul Yanover is the boss of Yavn, and I doubt he has any control of fixing the game, or even getting into the database.

I sent a message to him yesterday via email and my Ban was lifted by the time I got home last night. I was banned for 10 years, for too many codes entered.

I would say that this tact of emailing the boss won't work for very long. It will be only a short time before his email box is spammed with complaints and they switch his company email address. I would suggest NOT emailing him for individual ban instances because when there *is* a larger issue at stake, such at WMKelsie's post, we'll have NO contact method.

Well my email was not actually about my ban it was the lack of response by his employees. I finished it off with please look into my improper banning. So I started it as an umbrella concern, but followed it up with a personal matter.
