 Hi guys.......how many of you have gotten through to get tickets? I was just told by two different CMs that "tickets are ABSOLUTELY not on sale today and if anyone from a computer forum bought them, they didn't buy them from us"

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on! I'll wait and try on Monday I guess.

I cannot believe that they hung up on you!!

I was told no also. I called for a friend to be sure. I even asked about May 1st and received a very, very nasty reply.

Thanks EEyorelover22.......I was wondering if I was crazy. Just goes to show you how misinformed things can be. I'm not worried about the tickets selling out but bummed about getting a nasty CM. :sad2:

This happens every year. The tickets go on sale earlier then expected. We know before the CMs do. It takes awhile for the word to spread and some CMs won't even check to see if the customer is right.

I had to call 7 times before I got a nice CM who said "yes, they are on sale!".

They are on sale. Keep trying.

I only had to call once and the cm said that they had just gone on sale 30 minutes prior.

There have been a number of post that STATED THEY WOULD NOT BE ON SALE UNTL MAY 1 Who said you could buy them now. Why do people write misleading information.

Because that is what Disney was saying when you called them and asked BUT the info got downloaded to their computers earlier then May 1. This happens every year. Now they won't be bombarded by EVERYONE calling them at 7:00a Monday morning.

It's not misleading and it's not a big deal.

I just called, no problems with getting tickets. Getting LTT was trickier but had a fantastic CM who did so much playing with his computer to get me the reservations.

I called about 1/2 hour ago and CM said they were "hot off the presses." She even put me on hold to get the correct protocol. I didn't mind as I would have had a harder time calling from work on Monday. We are all booked for 12-21-06 (DH's birthday)

Cobbler - what is LTT? Is this something else we would want to do?? Thanks!!!! :)

LTT is Liberty Tree Tavern, a restaurant in the MK. We just made dinner reservations for there the night of the party.

I was told the same thing when I called to buy tickets today for MNSSHP, but after I mentioned that others had bought them, and was he sure, he checked again and was able to sell me the tickets.

So I guess I'd just keep trying.

Are you within your 180 days??? I thought you had to wait for 180 days to make ressies????

Because it is a special event, they allow party goers to book both LTT and Tony's when purchasing tickets to the party. You can book all other sit downs at 180 days.

They've been offering this little perk for a few years now.

I missed by 5 minutes. I tried calling and they closed at 10:00....guess I will have to call in the morning. Does anyone know if they have a discount for AP or DVC? Also, if you book LTT do you have to hold it with a credit card of is it just like any other ADR? Thanks everyone for keeping us updated....everyone is so helpful here!

Yes, but I don't remember the nights...its not very many. I believe it's the dates in Nov and Dec 14 only.

No, you do not need to give a CC. Its just a regular ADR.

They do have AP/DVC discount but only on certain nights, not sure exactly which nights but I think there are only 4 of them?? Maybe a couple more but it didn't seem like many.

No you don't need a cc hold for LTT.
