I was right all along about Crocs!!

Oh I hope not. Didnt they have this uproar regarding mobile phones in the hospital. Now we can use them throughout the hospital. I see all nurses sitting there texting. I am sure this is the same thing with crocs. I have seen so many people from theatre, ICU wearing them. I highly doubt it causes any problems with machinery. I can walk around the hospital in any types of shoes and collect static electricity. Its silly. I only got a black pair of crocs for work :sad2:

We too have lots of nurses and some doctors who wear Crocs and we've never had any problems! As long as we wear Crocs that cover our feet fully (no holes) then we're good to go! I hope that they don't end up being banned as I can't imagine having to go back to wearing some other type of footwear!

SLANDER!!! :rotfl2:

I can't think of anything more comfy to wear if I had to be on my feet all day!!!

This story was on This Morning yesterday and the Doctor on there was saying that it's only in Sweden where the problem has been highlighted and that there are no plans to do anything drastic about Crocs in the NHS in this country so you should all be ok!
:)

Thank god for that. They are a god send especially when you do 12 hour shift in A&E:scared1: Matron doesn't like her staff wearing them but until all of us are told to stop wearing them I will continue wearing mine:eek:

Don't worry anyway guys the trusts are too busy banning flowers in hospital today!
