I was in the xmas taping!

They asked me Friday if I'd perform as Rollie Pollie Ollie for the Stars and Motor Cars portion of the televized Christmas parade! We taped it on Main Street yesterday- watch for me on TV on the 25th!


Also, I'm not trained in the Hollywood Holiday parade, but Friday, I got to carry the banner at the front and wear the cute Santa girl get-up. (This is really exciting for me because I almost never get to show my real face when I perform at WDW.)

My DD and I will look for you as Rollie in the parade!! She is 8 1/2 and thinks it's really cool that she knows of somebody who will be actually in the parade she will be watching on TV!!

LoL, then we must have seen you in the parade yesterday!!!! That's to funny! We weren't on Main Street, we were watching the going ons right in front of Tony's. Had great seats to watch the parade and everything else going on.

p.s. my son was dressed in a Mickey Mouse costume!

That is great! I bet we saw you ... that is too funny. We will look for you in the parade. We were in MK when they filmed the castle shot with the guy singing "Be My Guest" ... John Hurley -- I think. You can tell it made an impression. I was surprised there weren't more people there. We walked right up and were there for quite a bit of filming until my DS7 got bored and wanted to do the rides. I always enjoy watching all the goings on but that wasn't a thrill to my DS7.

We were there Friday when they tapped John Hurley and also Vanessa Williams. We watched John from a distance; behind the castle near the smoking section from a bench...then when they said Vanessa was coming up next, I went as close as I could to get a picture for my DD. I was suprised at how close I could get. I thought it would be mobbed. I watched her do "Hark the Harold" 3 times before we left. It was our last day and a nice way to end it. FYI...MK was packed; not sure it it was because of the tappings or because of Early Entry or both but it was considerably more crowded then any other day we were there.

Wait ... I remember seeing that kind of outfit this last Friday we were in MK and passed by the parade filming route. Neat
