I wanted to share this.

I was frustrated today when I was using my "Mickey Mouse Ice Cube tray" that I got at WDW (you've probably seen them, they're bendy and red). If you have one, you'll know that moving the earth is much easier then getting a cube out of one of those things. After I finally got it out (which made it fly into my chin) I decided to make this based on the recent experience.

I don't have the tray in question, but I can relate to your frustration. By the time you get the ice out, you no longer have the desire for it.

That's why we now have a freezer that makes the ice for us. They may not be shaped like little mickey heads, but at least it's always there!

Man, I wish I had one of those! I get tired of having to figure out ways to put ice cube trays in the freezer without them tipping over.

Very cute! I understand that if you spray these trays with Pam before filling with water, that the ice cubes come out easily. I can't get past the idea of having oil on my ice, though, so I've never tried it.

Very cute. We have the blue ice cube tray. DH runs a little warm water over the ice cubes just to loosen them a little (although not too much water or you will melt the ears ) I don't think DH has been hit on the chin, but the ice cubes fly everwhere

I have this ice tray that has sea critters for the shapes and i tried to fill it with orange juice once but the darn things were so hard to get out so i took a butter knife and one of them flung up to the ceiling ....the rest didnt do that but they were pretty good!
