I was reading that people had codes attached to names so last night i called and found one on my name. I was so excited I priced out the greatest trip in the world and was ready to put a deposit down when.....He had the wrong Michele. Some other one in richmond has a 40% off and prob doesn't even know. And we were going to go at christmas for the first time and stay at the Grand Floridian..

I feel for you!~ We just got a 40% off code for WDW when we can't go! My husband is Firefighter and they pick vacation days for the whole next year every Dec. So I got a code finally, that I can't use!! I threatened to run away with the kids, but he looked like he would cry if I left him home! We are going for NYE so maybe.......

we booked our trip for dec2008 and i have been checking my email like crazy to see if i get a 40% off code and the mailbox and nada then i get online and see everybody talking about their codes and it makes me to my stomach!!! i want to be one of the lucky ones too!!!

My brother is a fireman too. He said that is how they do it too. But I know that sometimes you can get other firemen to work for you. Is that an option?

My Dh's work does it that way too, but the "book" comes around several times but usually in Nov he will call me and say I took such and such weeks off.

I hear your pain! We booked for WL and just paid a few days ago. The same day I paid it off My mother-in-law who lives with me and has never been to disney got a 40% off pin code in the mail! I've been calling to try to see if any public codes will work or if I have a pin to my name, but alas, none work so far. I'll keep trying, who knows!

I just called for the 2nd time in my life to see if I have a code. We've been there 5 times, have ordered the DVD recently, check all email folders, etc., etc. No luck on a code for us. I had a really helpful CM who checked extensively for a code for us. She said we had one that was for travel through March 15, 2008 but we didn't have another. She said it was a direct mail piece that was probably a postcard. Unfortunately, I never actually received it. Here's hoping we can all get one

I've lived in my house for over 10 years. I received a postcard with a pin number for the former occupant of my house. He lived at my address over 10 years ago. I bought my house from him. Disney would not let me use the code.

Do I need to call and see if I have a code or will I get an email/letter? I've already booked my vacation but haven't paid in full yet so how does that work?
