Hey guys! I am working on a paper for my english class and I'm writing about WDW. But not just the good side. I also want to get into to bad parts like the heat, lines, getting run over by people with strollers...things like that. So if you guys can help me out and tell me what you absolutely LOVE and HATE about WDW I would really appreciate it. Thanks :goodvibes

What I absolutely LOVE:
::MinnieMo The magical way Disney makes me feel....like a kid
::MinnieMo The Food!
::MinnieMo The rides like Soarin', Tower of Terror, Haunted Mansion, Mission Space, Rockin' Roller Coaster, Splash Mountain, etc.

What I'm not so crazy about:
::MickeyMo Getting run over by strollers
::MickeyMo Incredibly rude people who stop in the middle of the walkway to look at their map instead of moving off to the side
::MickeyMo Parents who allow their kids to cut in front of people waiting in line to meet the characters

I hope this helps with your paper...

I love:

Big thunder Mountain railroad
Meeting Characters
entering a park at opening

I don't like

rude people
uninformed cast members
going home.

Love:
The magic of just being there!
The food!
All of the rides and attractions!
How everytime I go I find something new and exciting!

Hate:
Rude people!
People who let their children run like crazy children!
Leaving!!

I LOVE the unbelieve MAGIC that Disney has. Just the look on your little ones face or even your own as you finally walk into the MK and realize "I'm here, I'm in WDW" I love that the feeling is so strong that no matter what was happening in your life 1 minute before you drove into those gates it all goes away.

I HATE uninformed cast members. I hate it when they don't know the answer to your question and don't want to ask a fellow cast member and instead of saying they don't know they send you off on a wild goose chace to find out you could have done it back where you were.
I absolutely hate RUDE people. I mean were all there to have a good time. We all are waiting in the same lines for the same things no sense cutting in front of someone or pushing someone out of the way to get there 1 second faster.
I hate people who use wheelchairs when they don't need too!

Thanks so much! You gave me a lot of good stuff that I can use!! Everyone seems to hate rude people..., that would make a good section for the paper...all the rude thigs rude people do.

What I love is the predictabily of a WDW vacation, as compared to vacationing in a city. There are a finite number of on-site hotels and a finite number of restaurants. It may seem overwhelming to the novice, but compare that with going to Paris, for example. You get there, and everything happens as it is supposed to. The busses show up. The monorail runs. The parks open. The parades come by.

I love:
-the beautiful grounds
-the detail Disney goes to in each attraction and hotel
-the great customer service

I hate:
-people stopping in front of me suddenly
-the humidity
-having to leave WDW and go home

Well I love pretty much what every one else said.
I love how they decorate for christmas.
I love the food, even over priced.
I love all the parks closing shows.
I love EMH

I hate that being a passholder I have to book 60 days in advance. What's the point of being a passholder if you have to "plan your vacation"? We get a decent discount being florida residents but passholder is still better.
Kari hates that they keep getting rid of older rides that she likes, she gets very motion sick. Disney is a theme park and it's about being with your family, if you want to be sick all day go to universal or bush gardens.
They've turned it into being more about the money than about the magic. Every year prices goes up, and paychecks stay the same.

I love the larger than life feeling of everything. It's like you're in a different world. My 13yo DD actually holds my hand when we're walking around. That's priceless. I love the total immersion, you can't possibly worry about business when you're there.

I don't like people who run into a show and 'save' seats for their family.(Not just one, I mean 10.) I've had adults speak terribly to my kids who innocently sat down.

I love walking down Main Street and seeing the Castle
I love watching Wishes with my family
I love Meeting Mickey Mouse
I love Star Tours
I love the food!!!!

I dislike it when it rains and they close Test Track
I dislike people who stop in the middle of traffic and not move over to the side
I dislike people who use wheelchairs and really don't need them
I HATE going home!!!!!

Good Luck with your report! :wizard:

What I LOVE.........

 Not Having to drive anywhere! Use Disney transportation
the whole time, love not having to worry about driving,
getting lost and parking

 The Disney magic. When I'm at Disney, the rest of the
world literally melts away.

 That there is so much MORE than just rides at Disney

 Character meals

 The firework shows, Wishes and Illuminations

 The Parades!

Things I'm not crazy about:

:guilty: The humidity of Florida (heat is ok, I hate humidity!)

:guilty: Long lines (I only go during slow times because of this one)

:guilty: Walkway blockers. (I cannot stand when people stop in
the middle of a walkway)

:guilty: People who scream at their kids

Funny thing about Disney is....all the things I LOVE are pretty much exclusive to Disney, but all the things I hate can happen anywhere, not just Disney!
