I'm 17 years old and in 10months I finish high school. This deadline is fast approaching and my plan and dream for years has that when this time comes I want to work at WDW! The only problem is I live in the United Kingdom on a small island called the Isle of Man. Is it possible for me to get a job at WDW or should a consider it as dream not for now?

It is possible, however you would have to be able and willing to travel to Orlando for the interviews. And you have to be 18 for most positions, and 21 to rent an apartment in a lot of places if you do get hired.

Are you planning on going to college? If so, where? If you go to college in the US, you would be eligible to participate in the College Program, which would be a good way to get your foot in the door. There's a college in Orlando (on the other side of the city, but I lived there and drove to work at Universal Studios, so it's not impossible to do) called University of Central Florida that you might want to look into.

Hannah, Look into the international program. You can work in the UK Pavillion etc. You usually do the interviews via skype etc.

If you can, maybe look at getting a summer job at somewhere like Alton Towers - it will give you experience in theme parks which will help you stand out when applying for jobs at WDW. I worked at Thorpe Park when I was your age and knew a couple of people who had interviews with Disney. The larger theme parks can sometimes help you find accommodation too.
