I want to thank all of you

for the many prayers, good thoughts and wishes, and pixie dust you sent my way over the past few months. As many of you already know, I recently went through several breast biopsies to determine if there was any malignancy present. Thankfully, there is not. I will be seeing my surgeon tomorrow for my post-op checkup, and I will also receive the written report from pathology at that time.

I am so relieved that I don’t have to deal with cancer treatment again at this time. I can’t seem to find the right words I want to say to each and every one of you that took time out of your busy lives to say a prayer for me or to send your good vibes for a “BENIGN” outcome from the biopsies. What I do know is this: you continually restore my faith in the goodness of humanity. Even though we are living in confusing, violent and stressful times in our world today, I know that the true spirit of most people is goodness and not negativity.

I am so grateful to God for hearing and answering these prayers. I would be even more happy to know that He will answer each of your own personal intentions in the way that you desire. For any of you that are dealing with personal health issues, my prayers are with you, too, that one day you will rejoice with good news.

I am most appreciative of all the support you have given to me, Dan and our entire family over the past few months. Some of you I know personally; most of you I do not. However, the concern and warmth you have shown toward me makes me feel as though I have already met you “in person.”

I will continue to ask the Good Lord to bless each of you for your kindness and your many expressions of love that you have shown through your posts on the DIS.
