I want to see Thumper so bad !!!!

So what is the word on Thumper ? Are they going to bring him out ?? Disney I missed Thumper by just one day the last time he was in DisneyWorld and that made me so sad ( I bet I looked adorable when I was sad he he ). I want to see him so bad. I love Thumper so much. As cute as I look when I am sad I look even cuter when I am happy So Please bring Thumper out !!!

I have a cute little plush toy of Thumper that I would like to show him. Plus I have a Thumper shirt so I better bring that just in case. If I am in my hotel and I call up asking if Thumper will be in any of the parks and they say yes I want to have my Thumper shirt with me.

Also I have a little daughter who is a Rabbit Her name is Clover and she lives in a place called Farm Sanctuary Farm Sanctuary has what they call an Adopt-A-Farm Animal Project. You can pick an animal such as a pig or a cow or a chicken or a rabbit or a duck and you send Farm Sanctuary money for as long as you can and that money will help out animals. I picked a Rabbit and my little adopted friend is a female Rabbit called Clover So the way I see it is Clover is my real daughter just as my Cats are my real children and just as some human children ( human children who where adopted ) are the real children of the humans who adopted them

I'm not sure, but I heard somewhere that Thumper was put away. I hope that they bring him back out, but I'm not sure that they will.

Our last trip coincided with the release of Bambi on DVD and he was out at the entrance to AK. Maybe with the release of Bambi II he will be out again.

The last time we were there (Last January), we saw Thumper a couple times right outside of the AK gates.

He was out last year for the release of Bambi on DVD. But I don't think Disney is doing anything for Bambi II.

check with guest services at each park. When we went in 2004 they were able to tell us what days Peter Pan was scheduled and where. Maybe they could tell you where Thumper will be if he is scheduled to be out and about.

Your best bet is to contact Guest Services. I will send some pixie dust your way with the hopes that he is out for Bambi II!!

I was incredibly lucky to meet Thumper last year during the Bambi re-release. It was incredibly awesome. It was a chance meeting though. I was bouncing up and down...if you look at the picture in my trip report, it looks like I have a strangle hold on Thumper.

When it comes to meeting any other bunnies, I didn't have much luck this last trip. I was hoping to run into the White Rabbit or Rabbit from Pooh. No such luck.

Thumper hasn't gone out since the promo for the dvd release. I haven't heard if they have him out again for Bambi II, but I don't work at AK very often.

I remember him being at Disneyland every year around Easter back in the 80's. Not so much lately.

Heh. I remember one time on another board somebody asked if Bambi was ever around. I replied "Sure, he makes a nightly appearance for dinner over at Artist Point in the Wilderness Lodge!". I suppose the same could be said for Thumper. Heh.
