After a year of Scotch taping my childrens' school projects up in their playroom, I want to turn an entire wall into a bulletin board. I figure it will be easier than taping.

Anyone ever do this?

Where would I buy cork (?) in bulk? And in one big slab?

I don't want to ruin the wall underneath, as when we sell the house, maybe the next owners wouldn't want a bulletin board for a wall.

Any suggestions?

TIA,
Hentob

I don't know about a whole slab of cork, but you should be able to buy squares of it at a local home store - Lowe's, Home Depot - maybe ask them about larger pieces.

Target sells it in rolls for a very reasonable price.

They've done this in our office at work. I don't know where they bought the roll of cork, but I could guess Staples or other office supply store or a craft store like Michael's may sell it. They rolled on an adhesive and laid the cork on the wall.

You could dress it up with moulding to frame the cork. Paint the frame to match the room.
