I want to let disney marketing know.

I did post this on restaurant board but wanted to elaborate here.

My DH thinks we have been to DW too many times. Before our recent trip with free dining, he wanted this to be our last for at least 2 years. I convinced him that we would cool it on disney but wanted to go this one last time with free dining.

Well he has a whole new attitude on disney. Since, we ate at some of the deluxe resort hotels, such as YSH and Narcoosee, he had a chance to see these resorts up close. He is now talking about staying at one of them next time. DH also, was so thrilled about saving money on dining that he agreed to buy more gifts and things for the kids. Now my DH wants to not only go again but also wants to stay at another deluxe. I am thrilled and wanted to let the disney marketing know that this promotion worked it's magic on my DH. He is actually talking about going again this year if they run another good promotion!!!. I have an AP that we talked about not renewing. Now we are going to renew.

I'll chime in as well. We were NOT planning to go down again this year ,until we caught the advertisement for the free dinning! We booked about 10 minutes after reading the add!
As our kids are off school that week it allowed us to go down and take a couple of tag-a-longs as well! So PROPS to Disney marketing!

I rec'd a survey by post card. The survey asked that I log on to the web. It was promotion reply survey, asking " We know you just returned after receiving the free dining pkg." And then asked a number of questions. I let them know the following:

1. We would not have gone again this year except for free dining.

2. We would not have gone in August too hot etc. except for this offer.

3. Due to free dining we ate a few delux resorts we would not have seen otherwise. Now my husband wants to stay there.

4. Due to free dining we spentg more money on gifts and tours.

5. Finally my husband relaxed so much that where insisted on going somewhere else next vac. now will go back to WDW.

I hope WDW marketing gets the mesg. and repeats this great offer. If they do, I'll be bringing down more family members next time.
