I'm back with the long awaited "new hair" photo (and a few more too). Ok, just to recap, here is a picture of me with my "old" hair:

No, those are not our beer bottles (I don't drink beer). I was with my Bandette girls and we were celebrating a few birthdays in the group. Those belong to a group of 10-15 people!!

And, here's the new hair:

Sorry if the picture is a little dark...it's the best I could do! I don't know if you can even see the highlights I got.

I'm absolutely loving this new hair cut. It's just so easy to take care of AND I don't have to use so much hair product!

I have been pretty good lately, but I did buy Madison a few more shirts from ON.

There is something about a smocked shirt that I just can't resist! Too cute!

I just loved these ones too!!! I'm sure at least one of them will make the trip down to WDW with us. By the way, these babydoll tops are on sale for $8 right now!

Ok, I thought I'd share another list with all of you too (I'm an updating machine now that my laptop is better). Here's another Must-Do list!

DHS

-Fantasmic - we've never seen it!
-Beauty and the Beast - again, we've never seen it
-Voyage of the Little Mermaid - Madison has yet to see this show. I'ts one of my fav's
-Backlot Tour - Again, Madison has never been on it
-Toy Story Midway Mania - AMAZING!!! Someday, I hope to beat Tony's score
-RNRC - for me and Tony of course...Madison's not ready for it yet We'll once again use the single rider line
-ToT - Madison's probably not ready for it either...Tony and I will FP it as usual
-Great Movie Ride - we always have to go on this
-Animation Building - we met SO many characters there in June
-Star Tours was originally on the list, but it's closing before our trip. We'll just have to wait to ride it once they redo it.

That's it! I know it's a rather short list, but DHS isn't really our favorite park. Actually, we're not even going to AM EMH here on this trip. We're just spending 2 afternoon/evenings there (we're doing PM EMH). So, we'll probably use our GAD FP's at this park one night. We'll probably use all of them for (well, 3 of them) for TSMM!!! The GAD FP breaks up the attractions into Donald and Daisy groups. At DHS, the Donald group is TSMM, RNRC and ToT. I don't remember what the Daisy group is...it's usually the attractions that don't really need FP's. Each person gets 3 FP's for each group. You can use one at each attraction or use them all at one. It's going to be great!

There aren't really any snacks we must get while at DHS. I'd like to stop at Starring Rolls because I've heard such wonderful things about it. We're eating dinner one night at 50's PTC and I can't wait! I haven't eaten there since I was little!

Love your hair!!!!! I can see a little of the highlights...I know it cut down on the drying time for sure!! DHS...we haven't done Ariel there either! Twice it's been closed ....and I am not going all the way back over there just for one show! I can't remember if my boys saw it when they were little...i think so, but I know dd hasn't.....I loove RnRc...but with all the problems I had with my neck this year I may skip it! Not sure...it really is fun, I will definitely skip Space Mnt.....did it seem rougher to you last time than it used to? Even Mike noticed....so I guess the reno only made it worse!!!!! Love the tops...especially the last 2!!! How sweet are they?! And I have never been a beer drinker either! HATE the smell and the taste...don't know how people can stand it!

I want to chop my hair too! I always want to in the summer and then in the winter I grow it out again. I want it shorter in the back and longer in the front. I have to find time to go!

It's so easy! I always let my hair air dry because the blow dryer makes it crazy!

Thanks Shawna! It has already dried pretty quickly, but it does dry even faster now.

I haven't been on Space Mtn since the refurb. The last time I rode it was back in Jan 09. It was closed when we went in June.

I love all the cute girly tops at ON for little girls. I have such a problem even walking by that dept...everything is adorable!

if UK residents were allowed to take part in the give a day promotion mad I would have definitely went for the fastpass option! gonna give you plenty of practice to beat Tony!

I got the girls each a top from ON - they are tanks with ruffles. Super cute!

We don't do much at DHS either. We aren't big thrill riders, so we don't do TOT or RNR. We've now seen all the shows. But they can eat up a lot of time. I'd like to see what characters we find at the Animation building. I think this trip will be a half day. We do have a lunch ADR at Brown Derby.

That stinks that you weren't able to take part in the GAD promo. Madison got to perform in a show at a nursing home and it was nice giving back to the community like that. The seniors really enjoyed all of the dancers.

Tony and I love RNRC and ToT! We're big rollercoasters/thrill ride junkies. I hope Madison follows in our footsteps! I feel like there isn't enough to do at DHS. AK doesn't take us long to get through either, but there are so many things to look at there! I hope that they add something else to DHS sometime soon.

I know that I'll love Beauty and the Beast. Everytime we've gone to DHS, Madison says she doesn't want to see it. Well, this time, I'm making her watch it!

Thanks! I'm really happy I got it cut last week because this week has been SO hot! I think it almost hit 90 degrees on Wednesday.

There are a few things I haven't done or seen at DHS. Last year, we did LMA (Jan) and Indiana Jones (June). This year, it's all about the musical shows!

I will keep that in mind. I'm not real big at getting wet, so I'll be sure to sit further back.

I can't believe I've never seen it either. I think it was my trip in 1992 that I almost saw it. I don't think the seats were covered back then and I remember being very hot. My older sister and my dad were hot too, so we went and did something else while my mom and little sister watched the show. I have no idea why we didn't watch it on other trips. That is so cute that Brady likes to watch the video.

Thank so much! I love my highlights, but they took forever!

We did the Fantasmic dinner pkg in January, but it ended up raining really hard that night, so we left the park right after dinner. In June, I don't think it was playing any of the nights we were there (I don't remember). If I remember correctly, I think VOTLM was closed for refurb during our Jan trip and I know for sure that the Backlot Tour was down in Jan.

I buy all of my scrapbook supplies at AC Moore, Joann Fabric's and Michael's. I was at AC Moore the other day and I could have dropped a TON of money on new papers and stickers!!! They had some great stuff!

Hello readers! I hope you're all having a fantastic holiday weekend. Madison and I went to Syracuse for another bridal shower yesterday. It was held at my Aunt's house and it was a lot of fun. We didn't have to play any games!!!! Sorry if anyone likes them, but I cannot stand bridal/baby shower games. We also went over to my parents house last night to make s'mores. They have an outdoor fire pit and it's awesome! We also popped some popcorn...so yummy!

Today, I got to see my students perform at our little local amusement park. They did a great job! One of Maddie's friends from school dances at my studio, so we hung out with her and her family for awhile. We only stayed at the park for 3 hours. It was SO hot out and it was starting to get super crowded. We went to Olive Garden for a delicious dinner and then, unfortunately, we had to go to a wake. Tony's great aunt passed away last week. I had never met her before, but Maddie and I got to meet all the rest of his great aunts and uncles today. We didn't stay long and I stayed with Madison out in the hallway area (too freaky for a little girl).

I can't wait for tomorrow!!! We're going to my sister and BIL's house for a backyard bbq. They're pool and hot tub are open and they're calling my name. It's supposed to be a fabulous day!!! Please feel free to share your weekend plans!!!
