Well I decided I wanted to get lipo. on the same day as my reduction surgery on July 18th. So then I talk DH into it who although is very much against Cosmetic surgery agreed. Then I call today as if it is no big deal to add lipo. only to be told there might not be time. Only a certain amount of time was put aside for the procedure. But I want them both now that I came to the realization that with the reduction my stomach will look huge. So I was telling the nice lady on the phone this and she said to talk to the Doctor when I go Monday for the Pre-Op visit.
So my problem also lies in my schedule. We are away starting The 28th of June until July 14th. Then again August 12th and that is why the date of July 18th worked so well. I wonder if there is ANY way they can manage to both on the 18th even though she checked the schedule. But she did say talk to the Doctor on Monday, so maybe there is still hope.

Considering how risky lipo is and the recovery time necessary, I would certainly not want to rush a Dr just because it's not convenient to your vacation schedule.
Why can't you have the surgery when you get back?

School starts around the 28th of August for us, which means back to work for us and we are not back from our trip until August 18th so that wouldn't leave much recovery time before work. But I wouldn't care if I had it done right before our August 12th trip because that is just to Las Vegas and I can just stay in the room and get room service. We are away the end of June to July 14th with the kids to New Orleans then Disney. I don't want anything to ruin that trip.
Las Vegas is just DH, SIL, BIL and me so even if I cant do much, atleast DH would have them.
