I was at 205.2 when I weighed-in on Thursday. It's been painfully slow, but I'm not gaining, so that's positive. I was originally hoping for 199 by 12/31 and that won't happen, but by the end of January I'm hoping!
Gosh! I have not weighed in about 3 weeks! (holidays....being out of town....etc.) and I only gained a pound! I am sooooo thrilled!
I am still under 200 (barely). 198. woo hoo. I could not be any happier!
I found a 100% whole wheat cracker that is great! with items.
Hey all! So good to read of the great progress being made by many of you! I have not been on this thread in months and that pretty much describes my weight loss journey too. Just hanging out for the last few months. I have really slacked off and need to get going again. I am looking into WW meetings close to the Y I go to. That would be a good fit, I know. It is just a matter of doing what i have to do, y'know?
My promise is to be more consistent with this thread so I can get motivated!!
Well, I haven't posted in quite a while. I fell off the wagon for a while and gained some. I was over 208 last Thursday at WW. I've been better over the weekend though. Somehow I lost my motivation for a bit. Trying to get it back, but its difficult.
I wanted to have lost 61 lbs by 12/31 and lost 52 instead. I wish I had hit my goal, but I shouldn't complain right?
Anyway, now I'm shooting for 20 more lbs before May 18th. That's when we leave on vacation. Gotta exercise!!!
Hi everybody. Well, I am not down any lbs yet but the week has gone pretty well. I am working on more fruits and vegies as well as getting my water intake back up. I have worked out twice and will go again Sat morning. Feeling pretty good at this point. Hope everyone is fighting the good fight!
i started this whole weight loss thing and was pretty on track last august through about november....then with graduating college , finishing an internship and going away for the holidays (and getting sick! ) I just sort of stopped.
The good thing is, though, I started at 242 and I'm down to 224.6. It's been slow going, but I feel like the craziness is over and hopefully I can keep going now!
I'll be starting work at Disney soon doing the college program(Monday)...who wouldn't be motivated there?
My first goal was 221, so I'm almost there! Next it would be 200. Wish me luck! You all are very inspirational!!!
I too want to be under 200, but I realy do have a lot to lose, but I am well on my weigh. I started to sincerely work on it December 30, and I have lost 10 lbs. so far, count me in to the under 200 club.
I so wanted to do the college program when I was going about 11 years ago. Had it all planned, etc. Well, to make a story short, had a daughter instead!
Hi everyone! It's been a while since I posted. It's slow going, but I weighed in yesterday and my total loss is up to 56.4! Just 4.6 left to go for 199! I never thought I'd get here.
In 2006 I went from a size 22 to a size 16 and I even went down a shoe size, which surprised the heck out of me.
If I EVER get to 199, my next goal will be 188. That's what I weighed on my wedding day 18.5 years ago. (I feel younger already.)
Hey everyone! Well, as of 2/8 I'm at 201.2. I'm closing in on 199, but it is slow going. Maintaining my motivation has been hard this week. In fact, I had french toast for breakfast today! The struggle continues to be exercise!
I am getting so very close! Tomorrow is weigh-in and last week I was at 200.4. My fingers are crossed, but honestly, I'm feeling up a bit (it's that week). So, if not tomorrow, definitely next week!
