Forgot to post yesterday after I weighed in (I only weigh myself 2x a month) but I am at 203.8! :cheer2: That puts me down 68.9 lbs since March!

I post occassionally on the 150 list, since I discovered this thread after I had started over there. My next goal, after 200, is 185. I know that ounce is already gone and you are logging in to the other thread as we speak!

Wonderful for you Otto's Doll. Looks like you will also be traveling to the other thread as well!

Me, just lost a half a pound this last week. Seems like it's a half a pound every other week, or a pound a month. I really need to kick it up a notch if I am to be under 200 at New Years!

I am going to be gaining a few lbs.! This is awful..........I need intervention!!!!
 
Not one piece of that candy is going to taste as good as thin is going to feel....
 
I weighed in and lost what I gained during vacation... almost. I'm at 207.8 which is a total loss of 52.2 lbs. So I still have 8.8 lbs to go for 199. That's more than 1 lb/week, so I have to start exercising or I'm NOT going to make it. :furious:
 
I am new to disboards and this thread called out to me.

I know exactly what it's like to want to be under 200 as I have been over 200 pounds for the last 14 years. I am currently 218.2 pounds (per WW in the evening -- 213 pounds at home in the a.m.). When I started my weight loss journey four years ago, I weighed 267. The last 15 pounds have come and gone a couple of times now but I am on track and doing well.

I can't wait to see Onederland again!
 
I am with you Cyndi! The exercise thing will get me there.

Halloween candy is just about gone, and in 6 days, I only indulged 3 times! Not too bad. Sure wish it was a big fat 0!

Lost another 1.4 lbs! Down to 206.4 lbs.

I am getting so close and it seems to be getting harder to stay on program. I'm thinking about binging on hot fudge lots more than I have in the past.

Wow keep up the great work. Another 6.5 pounds and you'll be leaving us. :wave2: Try and avoid that hot fudge. Still have a long way to go myself, but I'm getting closer. :banana:

Just remember, that hot fudge is not going to taste nearly as good as slipping on those smaller clothes is going to feel!
Great job on the weight loss!

I was at 202.4 on Sunday, so we shall see this weekend how I have done. I did realize something last night...I am no longer in the habit of eating at night just because. If I am truly hungry I do have a snack, but I no longer mindlessly graze all night. What a victory that is for me! :cheer2:

Me too! I used to find myself eating one thing after another all evening. Now I'm finding that unless I'm truly hungry, I can say no (most of the time)!

If I can't say no, I try to go to bed. If I'm asleep... I'm not eating!

That is wonderful! :banana: Night time snacking was a huge problem with me. It is still a bit of a problem, but not nearly as bad. And since the bad snacks don't come in the house very often, it is easier to not eat them! I am still hanging around 210, and trying so hard to get under it. I will make it for New years!

Check in here..............Two weeks ago I weighed in and I was highly doubtful of a loss, yet I lost 4 lbs. (two weeks worth). I weighed in today and was EXTREMELY doubtful of a loss, yet I remained the same. I am THRILLED with that! I make good choices with my dinners/lunches/breakfasts .....but I divirt myself with treats. I have to fine tune my choices. Hard during the holidays, but we can do it!

I really enjoy those GNU bars! they are like a lifesaver sometimes! Fills you up in an emergency (12 gm fiber) and so low in sodium, etc.!

Good morning!

I weighed in yesterday and was down another 1.8 lbs. So, I'm at 204.6 and only 5.6 lbs to go to my 12/31/06 goal of 199.

I have learned that I can still go out to eat and enjoy times with friends if I'm eating low calorie healthy foods. It seems like I should have just known that, but it truly has been a learning process for me.

My continuing focus is exercise though. I'm not sure why, but I cannot seem to motivate myself onto the treadmill!
