I WANT my DVC!!!!

It's snowing! And sticking! Does Mother Nature know it's Spring? It's April 7th-give me a break. My DVC vacation isn't until June, but between the snow and our recent computer conversion at work (36 hours overtime in 2 weeks!), I've about had it!! DVC take me away!.

If it keeps snowing like this all day, we'll probably end up with 6 inches or more! I'm so depressed. Just thought I would vent. If anyone would care to commiserate (sp?) be my guest.

I hear you SheriB! They are calling for 5-10 inches of snow here in central CT and schools are getting out early ON APRIL 7!!

Just makes us want to pack up and move to DVC!

Our trip is a bit closer than yours, but still too far away!

I'm a teacher in South Central PA. We had to reschedule our first trip home to DVC a few weeks ago because of snow make up days. Fortunately we're in school today, although with a two hour delay. Part of our trip was supposed to be WVL, but had to move to OKW instead.

We've had it too, here in RI! Luckily we head to OKW May 18, I just can't wait! Our first trip home.

We had an ice storm Thursday night and many are still with out power in the cold!! Brrrrrrr.

We've had a bad ice storm here, too.
We were without power or heat for a while......and I have a cold.

I stayed home sick today. Saturday we actually saw electric wires in the trees exploding and throwing huge sparks. It set a large tree on fire. Everytime we heard the explosions; we lost power again.

I will not be staying at BWV until early December. It will be my very first stay in a one-bedroom unit. I got only 3 nights by renting points because I am not a member, yet. I cannot even consider becomming a member until I am done with car payments.

The snow will be arriving here in Mass soon But we are leaving for the VWL tomorrow!!! hopefully the snow does not interfere with us leaving.

The only reason I am on the boards right now is that my district cancelled my afternoon classes and sent the teachers in my program home.

There is about 6 inches of new snow down now and it is very windy and I am really hoping the power stays on. We had those nasty ice storms go through over the weekend, too!

I guess I am very lucky since I am looking at a pile of shorts, tees and sandals that need to be ironed and put in a suitcase for next week! I'm going HOME next Thursday!!!!!!!!

Let this winter be OVER!!!!!
