I don't 'need' a phone, but if a cell phone with a plan (and, sigh, a contract) is cheaper than an Itouch, I'll consider it.
If an Itouch is cheaper - and I might use it for videos/tv shows, even books, but I don't need the musid - I'll go that route.
If there's another device like the touch, i.e. not a phone but less expensive, that gives me access to apps, I'm all ears.
So - am I living in a dream world? If my 'best' deal is a phone - which one? I have a Tracfone for calls, and I'm perfectly satisfied with that.
