Yep! I am about to book this month and I am hoping for a deal myself. I have never had a hard time with them adding a discount code to our vacation.

i am sorta bummed because i didn't recieve the bounce back in my room when i was down there in october....and i didn't know enough to ask for it... otherwise i would be golden.

Don't worry about it. We normally go in Oct and so far we have been lucky enough to get some kind of discount. Not as much as free dining, but something non the less. Keep checking themouseforless.com for any updates.

When are you going in Oct? We will be there on the 2nd or 3rd and staying until the 12th I believe. Depending on our school. Hopefully we will know soon. I am ready to book.

We sure didn't get anything like that in our room either, but it sure would have been nice!!! Maybe this time I'll have to ask while we are there for the next year's trip!!! Keep us posted if you find or hear of any good deals, and I'll do the same!!

We love Pop!! But I will say, it is the only place that we have stayed, so we have nothing to compare it to. But we really like it, very kid friendly. My DD loves it too. There was a huge twister game set up in the cement right outside our door and everytime we walked out to go anywhere, we had to play twister for at least 5 min or so...so of course we requested our same room cause DD keeps saying she can't wait to play twister again. We got her the twister game for Christmas and she does play it, but it's just not the same. How is the carribean? Is there 2 different carribeans, or am I confused with something else? In 2010, we will probably go back when it is a bit warmer and are thinking of staying at one of the beach resorts, but we'll see!!

we really like it from a relaxation veiwpoint.... there are a bunch of "countries" we were in barbados i think...anyway the village we were in was very close to the entrance to the resort, which was nice. I had rented a car for very, very little money and this made for easy access to the parks, it took about 10 mins to get to anyone of them.....we rode on the busses ONCE! we didn't like it... nothing like setting the mood for magic by getting beaned in the head by a stroller, LOL. As far as the resort goes, it was very nice having a pool at each village, we didn't really go to the main pool because the "quiet" pool was more than big enough and there wasn't very many people there. My daughter actually learned how to swim in the pool at the resort...it was quite special. anyway the place i very laid back, hammocks everywhere, beaches for the kids to play in the sand, although it is spread out so we took advantage of the fact that we had the rental car, we could pop on over to the store, the food court, etc. and after being around all of the other people at the parks it was very nice to come home and not be crowded by anyone....my wife and i loved it....however, there wasn't very much over the top disney ambiance over there, i mean don't get me wrong, the rooms where nemo themed, but nothing like the all stars. but we got all of that at the parks, our last trip we where there for two weeks and spent prolly as much time relaxing at the pool or "beach" or boating around the lake as we did at the parks. it is alittle more grown up but my 4yo didn't seem to mind..... Man this is a rambling post...sorry, i am all disjointed, lol....i am battling a bout of bronchitis and the meds are CRAZY. oh room service is nice, the concierge was awesome, i never had anyone do anything i asked for me before. i don't know if the service is the same as at the values but that alone would make me stay at cbr again. my wife and i just wanted to try the pop because of the out of control theming and because my daughter keeps saying she wants to stay there everytime i bring up the disney website.....LOL we could trade some pics if you want....

I don't have a lot of pics of the resort, but I do have a few. The only thing is I"d have to e-mail them to you b/c I don't know how to post pics here??? Your resort sounds very nice and relaxing, so let me warn you if you do decide to stay at Pop, it is not relaxing like that. When you walk out, you know you are on disney property. But we love that!!! Don't get me wrong, it's not crowded like the parks, but it is not like the carribean where it is quiet and relaxing, know what I mean? But like I said, we love it, we love to be in all the mix of Disney. Plus we had our own vehicle b/c we drove so we went over to DTD a lot, it was really close to Pop. I say if your daughter really wants to stay there, give it a try, you might love it. Or, you said in your previous post, you were there for 2 weeks (we were only there for 6 days and only staying 7 this time), try a few days at Pop and then switch the end of your trip to the Carribean so you could have some relax time too!! That way, everyone is Happy!!

Was your resort the Carribean or the Carribean Beach Resort? Is there a difference? I think I might still be confused. LOL I'm always confused.

I figured out my confussion
I was getting Carribean Beach and Beach Club mixed up
I knew there were 2 of something, meaning "Beach" being in both of the names of the resorts, but I thought it was "Carribean" being in both names of resorts...like I said, I'm always confused!!! LOL
