Haven't had much chance to get online since I am currently on the Magic, but kept taking a minute to try to add to the "live" report since I didn't want to have a second one ongoing. Finally just saw post from another who inquired if anyone WAS LIVE on the current sailing, and the thread was immediately closed and directed was made to the trip REPORTS board. Obviously there are many who can't find what is usually an extremely interesting and helpful (due to the live part) thread.

If you are the first to post on the ship, then you get the big thrill of starting the "live" thread. Also, I have read many live reports to get current info to questions and I almost NEVER read trip report threads so I don't know why we are suddenly putting what SHOULD be current reports on the completed trip reports board. Again, it seems to be some sort of silly preferential treatment to someone who started a thread at the wrong time in the wrong place. Maybe I am wrong, but...........
Sorry, if I am being too frank, but obviously several people are missing what is often a helpful thread for current info. Silly that some guidelines should be necessary, but I think having live onboard threads actually being live and onboard and in the current posts not the completed trip boards, as they have been in the past, is much more helpful.
BTW, we are having a blast!!!
