I got the post card today and called right away. It was for deluxe resorts from $114 a night, code WDKL and non-transferable pin.
We'd originally booked a trip for CBR for $3476 (2 rooms, 2 adults, 2 teens, 4 nights, Dream Maker plus Silver). But then I got the Disney Visa. They have a deal for saving on Dream Maker package stays of at least 3 nights. All CBR had under that code was preferred rooms ($3140) which was not as good as the standard rate I'd been quoted of $3030. So we switched to WL for $3477. They were also going to give us $25 per room in Disney credits at checkout.
With the mailer our new price is $3387, but we don't get the Disney credits. That's a net $40 savings over the Visa rate. We saved around $600 compared to rack.
The card has my wife's name on it. We don't have the same last name, and she planned and paid for the last two trips. This trip is entirely in my name. I don't know if that makes a difference.
Even though it isn't transferable they let me apply it to my rooms because my wife is listed in the booking as staying in the room. Makes me wonder if there isn't a way around the transfer issue.
