I turned down Eng V Brazil Game (Now Becks is playing)

Hi

As most of you know I am a huge fan of David Beckham. I sulked and stamped my feet when David Beckham was removed from the squad.

Now he has been selected to play the friendly game against Brazil. I turned down tickets to watch England play, because I had the hump with McClaren for not playing Becks. My dh is going and now I am incredibly jelous and upset that he is playing and I wont get the chance to watch him play.



That will teach me for holding grudges

Well we are hugh Beck fans over here as well. I even took time off for an Aug game that he should be playing against our DC United. DD will be so happy to see himplay. We heard he was hurt or had other comitments and might not make that game but all looks good right now.

sounds like a disappointment.

He used to live near here when he played for Manchester united, my Dad met him a few times as he is a Chef at a hotel where the Man U players go, he got his autograph.
I never saw him, I saw his car unfortunately when we went to see if it was him, his wife was driving it.
