It looks like the TA is also a timeshare owner/mgmt co. operator..and when you link through the resort rentals (and I think that's an owner referral bonus page, ie, the owner gets a reduced rate at the timeshare properties for sending "friends and family" type thing), it automatically takes you back to the "full service
travel agency" page..
I don't know enough about what cancellation policies would be, or how the owner affiliated - Dugan Travel?? - carries insurance, etc, for their independent operators/agents.
You can find the same prices for Vacation Village at Parkway through "direct from owner" rentals too...
As always, buyer beware, read the fine print, and confirm, confirm, confirm
