But it's not, I find myself that I can't do things when I want to , the kids are home. I think what's saving me is going to the local waterpark and all the exercise there , but I feel that I'm totally out of the loop at home, I can't take my walks alone , it seems that mommy can't go anywhere alone, not because daddy says they have to come with me, but because my kids run out the door the moment someone goes out.
They really need to go back to school, I need my alone time back and I need to go back to work, being home 7 days a week is driving me insane.

{{{HUGS}}} Olga. I went through that when I moved to Italy last year and stopped working full time, I thought I would go mad. What works for me most of the time is carving some extra "me" time into my week. Talk to DH and the kids, tell them you need some time alone, even if it is only an hour a day. Go for a walk, take a bath, go in your room and read a book or go shopping. It is important for you to take time for yourself, what good are you to others if you aren't good to yourself! Hang in there, summer is half over!

Sweetie, you just need to tell the girls that your walks are your walks. Take an extra walk with them at another time during the day.

You should spend a couple of days following them around, no matter where they go. They will get tired of it and when they do, you can all "compromise" on having "alone" time. You can take the opportunity to claim your private walk. :teeth:

Hang in there, summer is almost over. The girls will soon be back in school.

{{{Hugs}}} Olga. Hang in there, school will be starting before too long. Your kids are probably enjoying not having to share Mom with work this summer. I agree with the others. YOU time is important--you've got to have a little quiet time.

Hehehehe. I really like Kath's suggestion! I can just imagine what I would have done if my Mom had followed me around for a day. I would have agreed to anything to get her to stop!

You know?? it may just work....maybe I should follow them around all day.

It will work, Olga. I worked for my mother :teeth:
