I live in Florida, and we are lucky to be able to go to Disneyworld every couple months. We've been taking DS since he was 4 months old, and I knew he liked WDW because he gets so excited when he sees Spaceship Earth from the road. I never realized how much he liked it until a couple days ago. Keep in mind the child is 2 1/2.

He came into the kitchen and out of the blue said "Mommy, I need to go to Disneyworld." I said "Excuse me?" And he repeated it. I told him that we couldn't go because Daddy was at work. So he responds with "Call Daddy. Tell him 'come home.' We go to Disneyworld." I laughed it off, and thought he had forgotten until Daddy came home. He was so excited he ran and got his coat, yelling for eveyone to get their shoes because we were going to Disneyworld. There were some tears when he realized we weren't going.

That's cute!

Every once in a while Seth will look at me and say "Daddy I'm getting the Disney itch"

How adorable! It would be dangerous if we lived that close to Disney World because we would always be there and daddy wouldn't have a job!

Too cute! :) Our kids are also Disney spoiled/addicted. When my DD4 heard that it was going to be school vacation this week she asked - "Are we going to Disney?" She has been 6x.

Mmmmm..guess it's time to plan another trip!

Oh no.....I'm guessing I'm probably about 30 years older than him and I say that!!!!!!! That is too cute!!!!

He's not brainwashed - just raised properly!

Bless his heart! That is so sweet, you really need to write this little story down in his baby book, it's wonderful :)

What a cute thing to do! Poor little guy, he must have been so disappointed. Guess you will just have to plan a trip really soon. :teeth:

tstobb, I love your quote :teeth:

Thanks for thinking he's cute.:teeth: He still thinks he "needs" to go to Disneyworld, so this morning DH and I decided that we'd try for a long weekend in March.
