I am in the beginning stages of planning a trip to WDW this spring. Here is what I have so far:
Me, Dh & DD(9)
May 21-26

Shades of Green $106 a night for a total of $530
3 Stars & Stripes tickets ~$800...basically the old UPH
Meals ~$800...most of which are TS

5/21 Swimming, Maybe water Mice, Dinner @ Chef Mickey's & EMH MK
5/22 TL in the am, Early dinner @ Beaches & Cream, EMH AK
5/23 BK @ Kona, Epcot, Le Cellier Lunch, Garden Grill Dinner, EMH Epcot
5/24 Swimming or Fishing, MGM around 3 and stay for EMH
5/25 AK, MK if there is time, Hoop Dee Doo
5/25 Bk @ Grand Floridian, ??

Originally this was going to ba an all out trip...premium plan, but I am afraid to commit to spending X amount when we May want to do or eat less. OPINIONS PLEASE??

Warning this plan is subject to change based on the where the Air Force determines we should spend the next 3yrs of our lives, but I am tired of waiting and just had to plan something!! :confused3

Your plan sounds good. I would just make sure to have a plan and be at the parks when they open... it is important to get an early start, you can get so much done in that time. Also it may be pretty busy as alot of schools in FLorida will already be out of school. You might want to take a swimming break each afternoon and break up the day into morning and night activities. It will be warm and crowded so we always prefer to take a break in the afternoon arounf lunch time to get out energy up but you know what kind of touring style your family has.

I notice you dont have MK for any mornings. It will be way more crowded at the night emh's then the morning ones...people dont want to get up early but they like to stay out late.

This is what I would do

5/21 check into hotel and settle / then watermice at Contemporary and then early dinner at chef mickeys, monorail to MK for emh.

5/22 Typhoon Lagoon/ The afternoon at AK with luck/dinner at Rainforest Cafe whenever hungry and the emh

5/23 First seating at Kona for breakfast and teh be at MK for oepning / afetrnoon rest/ Epcot and dinner at Le Cellier

5/24 same as you

5/25 early breakfast at Boma at the AKL and then AK/ afternoon break and the MK and then take the boat from MK to Ft. WIlderness for the Hoop de doo.

I think this plan makes a little more sense based on what park your in and cuts down on alot of travel time but it is just my opinion. You cant go wrong any way because it is DISNEY!!! Have a great trip no matter what :yay:

Here are some points to ponder ....

5/21 skip the water mice
5/22 AK in the am because that's when the animals are the most active
5/23 you are going to be spending your day eating and probably
uncomfortable from eating so much
5/25 BK @ GF and then end your trip by doing the water mice by cruising
around the 7 Seas Lagoon
