I really noticed this trip that the rides are too dark! Obviously some of them have to be dark but they're too dark to make out much detail in many instances, and I'm SURE that they didn't used to be this dark. Pirates, for example - I remember seeing bits of driftwood with cats sitting on them, floating around, but I could barely make them out this time. And you can hardly see any of the first part of the ride. Then on Phantom Manor you can hear the doors knocking by themselves but you can't see the door handles moving (incidentally, the bit where you see the ghost sitting on your car wasn't working the entire time we were there). Also on Peter Pan's Flight, we couldn't see the bit where you fly over London and look down and see cars moving along. At first we thought it was because it was very bright outside and our eyes hadn't adjusted but it definitely wasn't that as it was very dreary weather the rest of the time and it was exactly the same (although Peter Pan did get a bit better so maybe it was a fault the first time).
