Can you repeat to her basically what you just wrote or something along those lines. Basically saying the things that you felt she did wrong, but there were also things about the night she did right? I guess another way of saying it is..focus on some of the positives?

Let her choose her punishment. Spell it all out for her, especially the good parts. Tell her that her punishment would have been much, much worse if she had not done a few responsible things.

........and she owes you for any unauthorized calls on your cell phone during the time it is not in your possession.......
