I *think* I'm settled with ADRs now...

Now that August ROL packages have come out and they have announced MNSSHP for 8/25, I think I'm finally about settled on my ADRs... I'm planning to get some GF muffins and snacks from Garden Grocer to do most breakfasts with my mug and my own food unless otherwise scheduled. :) I'm planning 1 TS meal/day (except 1 day), so the other will be a CS or snack combo - I'm more of a drink fluids in the parks than eat a ton.

8/18 - arrival at Pop around 10
grab a bite to eat at Everything Pop, head to Epcot
4:00pm - Garden Grill dinner*

8/19 - MK
5:45pm - Be Our Guest dinner*
(Originally an AK day, but I'm not passing up a BOG dinner and this was the time that popped up with Touring Plans finder)

8/20 - MK
6:40pm - Skipper Canteen*
(I'm going to meet a friend for dinner and probably some park time and Sunday is what works best with her schedule)

8/21 - AK (morning EMH)
9:10am - ROL package Tusker House breakfast

8/22 - Epcot (evening EMH)
11:30am - San Angel Inn lunch*

8/23 - Disney Springs, then to MK for evening and evening EMH
1:30pm - Bongos Cuban Cafe lunch*

8/24 - AK
6:55pm - Boma dinner*

8/25 - Epcot, then MNSSHP
9:05am - Bon Voyage Adventure breakfast*
5:15pm - Skipper Canteen
(I know...but there are so many things on the menu that are gluten-free that I want to try (very rare for gluten-free in my experience so far with this adventure), so I have no qualms about booking it twice)

8/26 - departure day (not until evening)
8:30am - 'Ohana breakfast

* = new to me

Super excited!!

Looks good to me. You can always cancel Skippers Canteen while you are there if you change your mind.

I like your choices, except for Skipper's Canteen. I have eaten there one time and was not impressed with the menu. Limited choices and many items seemed exotic or spicy to me. Sure enough, when my food arrived it was indeed spicy. The décor and service are fine and if you are set on trying it, go for it. As for me I am unlikely to return.

Exotic and spicy. Sounds wonderful to me. :)
We haven't been to WDW in awhile. Where is this one located? Oh wait, I just noticed the bit about "Jungle Navigation". Obviously near Jungle Cruise. What did it replace?
