I think I'm ready to begin again

I hit bottom when I got weighed at the gyn last week and saw pictures of myself from my sister's graduation.

I fell off the wagon because of all of the stress in my life lately. I think it's time to pick myself up and begin again.
So it's back on the Zone for me

Isn't it crazy what a picture shows? You can look in the mirror all the time, but for some reason a picture really can point out all our flaws! It's what motivated me to lose weight the 1st time!
