I Think I'm Losing My Mind

I cannot log into my workstation at work because I forgot my new password . . .

The computer has now shut me out completely because I have tried and failed to launch an attack on my work computer because I am now considered an intruder according to my many attempts of logging on.

Our system administrator is not in today and I cannot access any of my files or programs . . .except the internet of course . . .

I really need to remember to write my passwords down. . . .

When I lock myself out, I can't access anything in my computer. The tech people dread hearing from me in the mornings. I sound too panicky.

I have to say I have mine recorded (I won't say where!). We have to change them every 90 days, so my old brain remembers the old passwords instead of the new ones. We are just turning into a password world. Jeeesh!
