I Think I'm Getting Old

Sometimes I realize that I don't have as much in common with you teens as I used to. Sometimes you just grow up. Sometimes your opinions and perspectives change and your life experiences aid that. Sometimes you just feel like an old fogie.

Just throwing that out there in case anyone wonders why I haven't been on as much. (Not that you have...I am so proud of you guys for forming your own community and for overcoming your struggles that you were having.)

That said...I am done.

I think in everyone's life, we have a time where we move on from the things we used to love. Even now, sometimes I feel as though I don't relate, because I am a bit older, than alot of you, and I've already experienced most of the things you all are going through currently. Sorry for rambling.

I can see where you're coming from. But I don't think it has anything to do with age. It just has a perspective thing.

I have a very different perspective than most of the forum. I can't relate a lot to anyone here. Thats why I like it. I don't understand everything that is posted.

I'm really going to miss arguing over who loves Orlando Bloom more. That is ageless. I've really missed that over the past few months.

i dont come on these boards a lot.. but i can relate to what you're saying. im 17 and going to college in september and it seems like i'm older idk. i dont think things are as funny or fun as they used to be and stuff. i find myself laughing a lot more at my parents' jokes then at my 14 yr old brothers. it's sad..
