I think I made a mistake!

I have 26 points remaining from my 2010 allotment of points. I thought I could bank them by the end of the year. My use year begins in February. I have not banked them, so have I lost them?
Grrr...my own fault. I am still new at using DVC, have made only one DVC trip so far. I'm thinking I lost them if I am understanding correctly. Someone here can advise me I know.

They would have to be used by 1/31. You can call member services and ask if they will make an exception and bank them, there's an unwritten once in a lifetime exception. You need to decide if it's worth using the 1 exception for 26 points.
