I think I heard a DVC rep recommending the DIS CB Board!

I was strolling by the Disney Marketplace DVC kiosk and I heard the end of the sentence...... "boards, yes, b-o-a-r-d-s.com. It is not an official DVC site but they have excellent information and great responses. Go to the Disney Vaction Club Forum."

Is there another DVC site with "Boards" in the title? If not, then I'm guessing they were talking about our DIS CB Board!

Um...actually...I tried that address, just to see what is was...and it's a "personal" chat site. Something about finding new friends and lovers.

Must be the same kind of thing that happened to Al Gore when he invented the Internet...he forgot to tie up WhiteHouse.com, and it ended up as a porn site.

That would be ironic. If it weren't for the DisBoards, many of of us, including myself, would be in the dark as far as the resale market goes.......

I need to clarify........ I did not hear the first part of the name but it was not just "boards". When I heard the "unofficial DVC site", I was thinking that he was talking about us.

Actually, I mentioned the DIS to my guide and he said they check these posts regularly. He said they even discuss things that are mentioned here in their sales meetings. (Note to guide: I'm still planning on doing that ADD-ON!!!)

So, I'd be pretty certain that if they were talking about discussion boards that they were talking about DIS. I mean come on, there's no place better than DIS!!!
