Yep, we sure are hooked on the YC! For some reason, the YC is always more popular than the BC. It books up faster, discounts go sooner, etc. I think many people choose this resort when they go on the Disney Cruise because it continues with the shipboard theme.

Personally, we just love the nautical decor, and the elegance of the lobby. Plus, all the rooms have a full size balcony and most of the views are good. It's the whole atmosphere that gets to us! Also, we have come to know some of the staff from year to year, and it really makes it seem like a home away from home.

Funny, but we could get a better rate at the BC, but DH won't hear of it. I could even get a teachers discount at the Dolphin/Swan, and have suggested staying there for part of the trip, but he won't budge! Part of that is because he doesn't like the idea of switching rooms. He wants to get in, and get settled, and stay put for the duration.

I wish I could feel so passionate that I would never even consider staying elsewhere... it sure would take away much of the agony of making a decision on where to stay everytime and changing my mind a million times.

I am looking forward to the BC this summer - and will definately check out the YC for future reference!
